Products
On each product page, you will find a size chart between the images. To determine the right size, it is important to measure your dog. Always make sure there is at least two fingers space between them.

Absolutely! Our hardware is carefully selected. The hardware is specially designed for dogs. For example, our small musketon hooks (leashes size S) have a maximum pull of 166 kg. The big ones (leashes size M) have a maximum pull of 190 kg (rose gold) and 260 kg (silver).
We recommend hand washing the accessories in lukewarm water with mild soap. Dry the hardware immediately with a soft cloth. This will affect the hardware the least.
Please note that collars, leashes and harnesses must not be ironed.
Metal hardware will scratch over time. To reduce the amount of scratching and avoid major damage, we recommend not wearing large tokens on the collar or harness. Wash the products by hand only. In addition, we recommend that you take the products off when your dog is going to swim or play rough. In this way, they will remain beautiful the longest.
For an easy clean, wipe the dog car seat with a damp microfiber cloth. If the car seat is very dirty you can use a washing machine. Our advice is not to do this too often.
Please follow the steps below to wash the car seat in the washing machine:
- Detach the adjustable strap.
- Remove the inner cushions from the dog car seat. You cannot wash them. You can let the cushions air in fresh air to refresh them.
- Close all the zippers and put the car seat cover in a big laundry bag.
- Use mild detergent or special detergent for outdoor fabrics to keep the car seat cover waterproof.
- Choose a short or outdoor washing program – maximum of one hour.
- Wash the car seat cover at a maximum of 30 degrees.
- Is the washing machine ready? Let the car seat cover dry in a shady place. When the outside of the car seat cover is dry, turn it inside out. You will notice that the inside can still be wet.
- Do NOT dry the car seat cover in a dryer!

Shipping
Almost all our products are lovingly made by hand. This takes time. Below is an overview of our production and delivery times:
1-2 working days: Ready to walk collection (harnesses, webbing and velvet walking lines, velvet harnesses, collars and bows, poop bag holders, poop bag carriers and rugs) and car seats. If your order includes handmade products, the delivery time for those items will apply.
4-6 working days: handmade collars, leashes, bows, bandanas, scarves, car belts, scrunchies and hair bands
8-10 working days: handmade strap harnesses
In general, you will receive the package within 1-2 days in the Netherlands and Belgium, depending on how busy the carrier is.

Certainly. After we have taken your order to the post office, you will receive a track and trace e-mail. In the track and trace e-mail you will find all the information on when you can expect your order.
Your order will be shipped as a Letterbox Package+ or as a parcel in the Netherlands. All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.

All orders to EU countries are sent by parcel post with Track & Trace.
Shipping costs for countries within the EU depend on the number of products, format and weight.

Returns or exchanges
A 14-day cooling-off period always applies to products ordered from Pip & Palms. You may return the product within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason at its own expense return.
Some of the conditions for returns are:
- The product is unused and fitted indoors. If the product can no longer be sold 'as new', Pip & Palms may decide to deduct part of the purchase price.
- You must return the product in as original a condition as possible and undamaged.
The cost of the return is at your own expense. After you have registered the return, you have 14 days to return the order or product. Upon receipt, we will check the product and transfer the return amount within 5 working days.
The following products cannot be returned:
- Dog scarves.
- Custom-made products. These are products that fall outside the size chart and are custom-made after consultation with the customer.

Of course, it can happen that despite measuring your dog, the size is not right. Would you like to exchange your product for another size? Please note. Return costs are at your own expense.
The cost of returning will be at your own expense. In case an incorrect product was delivered or it does not function properly, we will pay the return costs.
