Only use the strap harness for its intended purpose and check it regularly for wear and tear. Always make sure the strap harness is tight enough.
Below you can find an overview of our production times:
1-2 working days: Ready to walk collection (harnesses, strap harnesses, collars, webbing leashes, velvet bow ties, poop bag holders and poop bag carriers). If your order also contains handmade products, the longest delivery time applies of those items.
4-6 working days: handmade collars, leashes, bow ties, bandanas, car seat belts, scarves, scrunchies and headbands
8-10 working days: handmade strap harnesses
In general, you will receive the package within 1-2 days in the Netherlands and Belgium, depending on how busy the carrier is.
If you would like to receive your order earlier due to a special occasion, please contact us. Together we will look at the possibilities.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands: €4,95.

Please note: measure the neck circumference lower than where you normally measure the neck circumference for a collar. More instructions on how to measure the neck and chest can be found here. Always make sure that there is at least two fingers' space between the strap harness and the neck and chest.
The strap harnesses are made by hand and may vary by one cm.
